MEETINGS
Meeting Dates & Times:
Sunday 8/29/10
- LATE Coaches Meeting - Keller
Administrative Building - 7:30 pm - 9 pm.
*****IMPORTANT***** Each Coach
will need to pay $20 to attend the meeting payable to Billy
Kidd
THIS WILL BE THE LAST & FINAL COACHES MEETING. IF
YOU DO NOT ATTEND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE SIDELINE!!!
VERY IMPORTANT
- All individuals are required to attend one of our 4 meetings
to be a certified TSOF coach and be on the teams sideline. TSOF
has a very strict sideline policy and maximum number of coaches
and staff. Each team is allowed 1 head coach, 1 Athletic director
(asst head coach), 5 assistant coaches & 1 water boy (age
12 or older). The only exception to this maximum 8 person staff
will be the 3 chain gang members if your team is the away team
and required to provide such. The chain gang members must be
15 years of age or older. The 7 coaches MUST
ATTEND one of our scheduled coaches meetings
or a badge will not be given and the ability to be a coach for
the current season will be suspended. Waterboy & Chain gang
need not attend the coaches meeting but may do so to help ensure
they understand the policies and guidelines we require them
to adhere to.
FALL 2010 TEAM DEPOSIT
& REGISTRATION DEADLINES
These dates are non-negotiable and must be adhered to for your
team to be placed on the fall schedule.
Deposit Deadlines:
8/7/10 - All $400
non-refundable Team Deposits Due.
8/19/10 - Deposit
Deadline Cut-Off. Any team paying their deposit after 8/4/10
will pay an additional $50 fee for a total non-refundable deposit
amount of $450. Any team which has not placed its deposit by
6pm on 8/18/10 will no longer be eligible to participate in
the Fall 2010 season.
Registration Deadlines:
8/19/10
- REGISTRATION CLOSES TODAY! This will
be the final date to register a player or team. ALL
TEAM FEE'S WILL BE DUE by 6pm on this date as well.

TEAM WEIGH-IN'S
Fall 2010 Regular Season
Kickoff Classic Scrimmage & Weigh-in's
8/28/10 - 2 Stations
& Fields - Location TBD - 8am-8pm
VERY IMPORTANT
- These will be specific dates to weigh in your teams. We will
be utilizing a NEW National League Certification company which
will require dates that are non-negotiable and must be adhered
to for your team to be placed on the fall schedule. You must
make the assigned weigh-in date and time you agree to with the
Certification company. There will be an EARLY WEIGH-IN, 8/19
& 8/20 for stragglers who cannot be present for the main
weigh-in on the 28th but there will be NO
MAKE-UP AFTER THE MAIN WEIGH-IN. Any player
or team that does not weigh-in will not be placed on the fall
schedule.
